Effective school leadership is pivotal to student success. Whether newly appointed or seasoned, principals must continuously refine their ability to lead instructionally, build collaborative cultures, and drive equitable outcomes for all learners. This professional development session is designed to support principals in strengthening their leadership through a series of targeted, research-based symposiums.

Administrators Examine the concept of curriculum coherence and vertical alignment across grade levels and subjects. This session helps administrators build vertically aligned and coherent curriculum systems to ensure seamless learning across grade bands

Data-Driven Instructional Leadership
Administrators analyze and interpret various types of data and the impact on student progress. Administrators are equipped to lead data informed instructional practices that drive achievement and inform teacher support. These data sources will form the basis of every pivotal school decision, providing a sound foundation, based on data and proven strategies.

Monitoring & Supporting Instructional Rigor
​Administrators analyze the concept of rigor in the classroom and strategies to identify and support rigorous instructional practices. Forever, they explore how to support and coach for instructional rigor using observation tools and research-based practices. Administrators worked together to design observation protocols to effectively monitor and support instructional rigor. Administrators walk away with strategies to offer teachers effective feedback.

Creating Focus & A Climate for Change
Administrators examined the school's core priorities and dismantled barriers to change. They explore how to declutter school initiatives and focus on what truly impacts student achievement. Participants will learn to lead with intentionality and urgency. Together they carve action steps that will build change and readiness among staff.

Unpacking and Prioritizing Standards
Administrators discuss, explore and analyze the role of standards in curriculum development and implementation. Administrators are trained to lead their own packing and prioritization of standards the cloudy fight instructional focus and pacing. Having on packed the standards, administrators then support teachers in focusing on standards aligned instruction.
